Aiheadshots.best uses artificial intelligence to generate professional headshots from photos you provide. Results are generated automatically and may vary. We do not guarantee that any particular result will meet your expectations.

Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Your Content & Rights

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the headshots generated for you.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Payments & Credits

• Paid packs are one-time purchases that add image credits to your account — there is no subscription.
• Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely through PayPal.
• Because generated images are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiheadshots.best shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
